Car Alloy
By Armaand Del Franco

Alloy wheels are what most men if their honest would really like on their car as they look fantastic even when placed on the most boring car and they have benefits too. If you want your car to stand out then make sure you get yourself some as they no longer cost ridicules amounts. Car Alloy is quite different from your usual everyday steel wheels they are much lighter in weight which in turn improves the steering of the car and also improves the speed of the car. There are some types of alloys though that is much heavier than the equivalent size steel wheel. Car Alloy has the advantage of being a better heat conductor than a steel wheel which gives better heat dissipation from the brakes this reduces the chance of a brake failure especially in demanding driving conditions. The alloy wheel itself is shiny and usually has an intricate design, so there is no need for paint or wheel covers. So by contrast, steel wheels either have to be painted steel rims with a chromed wheel nut, or be hidden with nasty plastic wheel covers. If you look on the web for Car Alloy you will be pleasantly be surprised by the reduced prices compared with many garages so it is well worth a peek.

It`s like a lottery when you drive to the petrol station. You simply never know what price you are going to pay. Petrol prices peaked last year and there was a threat of revolt by many motorists. It seems we pay a premium for our fuel over here in the UK and a slight reprieve in prices seems to be followed by further increases. It`s little wonder that a number of motorists have had LPG Conversions carried out on their vehicles. During the conversion process an additional tank is fitted in the boot of the car and it becomes a duel-fuel vehicle. Once the LPG Conversions are completed drivers have the option to fill up with petrol or LPG gas and a switch in the car changes from option to the other. An additional filling connector is fitted to the vehicle and the driver attaches a dispenser to the connector, locks it into position and then presses a button which fills the LPG tank. It`s a simple process and when you see the difference in prices between gas and petrol you`ll be amazed. At the moment LPG is about 50 pence per litre whereas petrol is nearing the £1.09 mark. Ok, you get fewer miles per gallon by using the gas but the difference is pretty marginal. You`d think you`d won the lottery if you only had to pay 50p per litre for gas to run your car and this is one of the great benefits of the LPG Conversions.
